[SOLVED] Monitor says Input Signal Not Found

Monitor says input signal not found check video cables and video source, and my cpu fans go up to 100% and it happens after playing some games, and I still can hear things going on in the game but the screen just goes black, I was wondering could it be a faulty GPU or could it be something else?

Use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers and then reinstall your drivers after sourcing the latest version from Nvidia's support site.

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard as well.
