Monitor says "no signal"

My motherboard is powered, the led lights on it are on and the fans are flowing but I dont seem to get anything on my monitor. I tried connecting a VGA cable to my Motherboard and that didnt work. So I tried connecting an hdmi cable to my monitor then to my motherboard and that didnt work. So finally I hooked up the hdmi to my graphics card but still nothing I am at a loss of what to do please help.

Drives: Crucial - MX300 275 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive, Western Digital - BLACK SERIES 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

PSU: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB ACX 2.0 Video Card

Does the monitor work when connected to another system?

Motherboard video won't work with the 1500x because it does not have integrated graphics. Is this a newly built system?
1. Try reseating the 1050ti.
2. Try another graphics card.
