Question Monitor says Signal Not Detected with PC running

First of all hi everyone,last night i was playing some games and suddenly i got a black screen,then after a hard reboot i got 3/4 times Windows 10 repair boot loop,and after that the PC starts and the monitor gets no signal.

I'll Tell You what i did so far:
Switched to a new PSU.
Took GPU and RAM out and cleaned the conectores and placed back in.
Tried another HDMI cable
Tried monitor on another PC(It works)

After all that i got nothing so any ideas would be much apreciated.

Also i get on the MSI mobo the CPU White led on for like 3/4 seconds.

When you encounter a blue screen it's a hardware isssue, when you encounter a blackscreen it's usually a hdd related issue. If you have more than one hd ib ur setup I'd try unplugging all other than system one to narrow the source. If you have one than sry but ur dsk is dead.

The thing is that i don't even get that far,when i start the PC the monitor doesn't even get any signal anymore,everything seems to work and turn on as always but the monitor just doesn't show anything.At this point i think it's either motherboard or CPU.
