So this has been happening for a while and i don't know what the problem is but whenever i am playing games, my screen goes black, i can hear a wierd noise coming from the headset, like a sound repeating itself, and if i wait like 10 seconds it restarts itself, what is wrong with it?

Solution
Freezes tend to be memory related, while crashes and reboots tend to be power related. That being said, power problems can also affect memory. All of the research I could find on your PSU indicated that it was mediocre at best, and notoriously under performing on the amount of power it delivers on the 12v rail verses what it claims to deliver. I would recommend a quality unit from tiers 1 or 2 (of either list) in the 6-650 watt range. Once you get a good, stable PSU, a lot of your issues should disappear.

Complete system specs ,please!

Yeah sorry

don't mind the cpu temp, it's always really high on speecy, but on other programs it's normal

PSU?

Can't really check rn, i don't know for sure/ and sometimes when my pc crashes the screen doesn't go black anymore, it just freezez repeating the same sound over and over again makind a glitchy noise, and it doesn't restart itself

You would be surprised how many different symptoms, problems and errors can be caused by a bad PSU.
We need complete specs in order to make an informed guess.
