Question monitor screen splits vertically?

Hi to all. My PC monitor started splitting vertically today. So a portion of the left side of the screen is on the right. I did a system restore to a few weeks ago but it is still doing it. Restarting fixes it but it comes back after a few hours. I have a 2012 Dell Vostro 470 with Windows 10, an SSD, a secondary HDD, Intel i7-3770 and a Radeon 7570 GPU. The GPU has the latest driver which was 5 years ago.
Can anyone help ?

can you show us some photos?

if its fixed by a restart, see if this reveals anything
Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I have some photos but I don't see any way to attach them. They are saved to my PC, not on a website
