Monitor seems to be acting weird

My monitor was fine last night while I played a game. I went and turned my computer on today and my second monitor seems to be acting all weird. The words are kind of blurry looking and my task bar has a red tint outlining the open applications. Everything seems a little choppy.
I tried taking a screenshot of it via light-shot but I don't know why I thought that would work so you can get your laughs out now!
Everything on my first monitor is fine. If I open up the controls for the monitor- like the little buttons you have to find your way through- the words on there seemed fine.
I think it's something to do with Windows but it's only on one monitor?
Sorry if this sounds dumb I don't know anything about this.

So far we can only guess, that your second monitor is connected via the VGA port? If that's the caes, wiggle a bit on the ports on both ends of the cable. If not, please psot the full HW and software specs of your system.

Was plugged in HDMI to an adapter to VGA made in HongKong because my GPU didn't have enough ports for both my monitors normal connectors.
I unplugged and replugged the HDMI in and it seemed to of worked. Thank you.

Great! The VGA plug has one wire per RGB color. One wire without contact results in.. well, you saw it.
