Before that happens, my pc would start up in boot, and then go into advance repair mode, but it would say that repair mode couldnt fix it, so i pressed the restart now button, it then tried to reboot again but this time it did the thing (watch the video).
Sometimes my pc wouldnt boot like no keyboard or mouse led lights but my pc fan would light up, unless i try to switching the rams, but sometimes even if i put all the rams it still would boot and do the thing it does in the video.

I got a 550 cw corsair psu
gtx 1650 colorful
ryzen 5 3600
and 2x sticks of ddr4 ram.
Windows 10

I tried removing the gpu and booting it with the hdmi on my motherboard but sadly it still wont display anything, I also tried removing the cmos battery, that also didnt do anything, i tried removing each rams to see any difference, it does show the ram settings thing where it asks whether or not you want to use the f1 for default setup and f2 for new setup or something.
Ive had this pc for 3 years and never had this problem before. Any help would be appreciated.

This would indicate that your OS is corrupt. You should look into recreating your bootable USB installer for Windows 10, read through this guide and perform method 3 in said guide.

Thank u bro it works now, i have three disks ( 125 gb something ssd, 250 gb ssd and 1tb nvme)
i reinstalled the windows 10 on my 250gb bcs i had installed my old os on the 125gb, but something weird happened, my nvme is no longer readable but the 125gb is on the file manager disk list, i tried looking at my bios to see if its there and its still not there, I am 100% sure i installed the old os on 125gb and not the nvme, do u have any idea why my nvme is not showing but the 125gb ssd which is i think corrupted? is showing in the disk list? I am on CSM mode not UEFI. Thank u for any reply
