[SOLVED] Monitor showing motion blur for games even though there is no motion blur turned on...

I woke up this morning and got on my computer and went to play Valorant just to play with "motion blur" on. The thing is though is that there is no motion blur setting on Valorant. I checked all my fps limits and they are the same from the day before when it was playing just fine. I hopped onto Rocket League to make sure if it was just Valorant. It was happening on Rocket League to. I don't know how something got turned on/off overnight to make it feel like motion blur. Any help is appreciated!

I found a fix shortly after I posted it. It ended up being G-Sync
