As you can read the title, my monitor splits into half white and other half black when I turn it on after couple of hours as a cold boot. I have my PC for like a year now and this thing started happening this couple of days, I thought it was a one time thing, but it continued to happen and that is why I need your help, I searched all over the internet and did some couple of things, but still same thing.

And sometimes when I Alt+Tab couple of times, the PC restarts itself. That usually happens when I play CS GO and I have Discord in the background and I Alt+Tab.

My PC Components:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
  • RAM: Kingston FURY 32 GB DDR4-3200 (2 x 16 GB)
  • GPU: AMD Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+ GAMING OC 16 GB
  • MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming WiFi II
  • PSU: be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 11 CM 850W
  • Monitor: SAMSUNG Odyssey G5 C34G55TWWP Gaming-Monitor
When someone can guide me to do something else, will gladly do it, just to fix my problem.

Test the monitor on another known working (no display problems) system.

Test another known working monitor on the current host PC.

Determine if the problem follows the monitor or stays with the PC.

It appears like this, when I cold boot it, I tried it with a different DP Cable and it continues to appear like that, previously when I did the Win+Ctrl+Shift+B shortcut (as GPU Restart), it worked everything okay, but today it didn't work and I had to restart my PC and now it works properly. Can it be the GPU problem?
