Monitor suddenly got no signal

Hey guys, this problem occured suddenly since my pc is newly build and i had no problem using it for a week. When I was watching movie, the screen glitch a little which i assume the video file problem and after some time the screen turns black and no signal to monitor.

Here's solution I've tried:
1) change hdmi port at monitor and mobo
2) change location of power switch
3) hold down power button for a minute
4) reseat RAM and gpu and clear it with eraser
5) remove CMOS battery for 10 minute

None of these solution solved the problem. Since no display, I've tried to shut down the pc by holding power button and I noticed when I powers it back, the pc would turn on for like 10-15 sec and then turn off and then turns on again (turn off and turn on is not repeated)

My build:
Cpu: intel pentium G4560
Mobo: ASROCK B250M-HDV
Ram: KLEVV bolt 4GBx2
Gpu: Radeon RX560
Psu: Corsair vs450
Ssd: galax gamer 120GB
Hdd: wd blue 1TB
Monitor: Acer KG251Q

Another monitor to test with? Or connect the monitor you got to a laptop? Just to make sure it is not the monitor itself?

nobspls already tried the monitor with laptop and it's fine so I think the problem is with the pc but I just can't find the problem

Did you use the same HDMI cable with the laptop? Otherwise you'd want to test the hdmi cable before trying anything else.

Next you could try a different GPU/video card, an old one that you know is good. It just have to post and show you working display screen to show you that it is the GPU that went bad.

Nobspls yeah i used the same hdmi cable to check and it works fine with laptop. Even if the gpu is bad, at least it should show display when i connect it to mobo hdmi, but it doesn't so i don't think it's gpu problem

Nobspls sorry for the down vote. I just created this account just to ask about the problem and so idk about the up vote and down vote significant to people. U said i already know what I'm doing, what i know if gpu is bad, take off gpu and connect to board display, it should be fine. Problem is gpu nor board display does not display.
That's why i'm asking if there's any problem that could caused this
