Hi, I built a PC a few weeks ago and it works perfectly until yesterday. Now, suddenly the monitors (one connected via HDMI and the other one via DP) turned black and they say "No signal" but the programs and the game are still running. It occurred 3 times and always I was playing different games.
I tried different things:
  • I tried to change them to the motherboard but they are still in the "No signal" state.
  • I checked the temperature and it's ok in every component.
  • I tried with one monitor connected and it happened too.
  • I updated the motherboard and GPU drivers to the latest versions.
After restarting the computer it works correctly. I read some questions about similar problems but normally the problem is that the monitor doesn't have a signal from the beginning but my monitors go off suddenly and randomly.
Do you know what could be the problem?

Solution
Hi, I checked my PSU and I saw that the cable connected to the GPU was loose. After properly connecting it again, it works perfectly.

Thank you!
