Question Monitor suggestions for gaming

I’m looking for a new monitor as my previous one just broke. I had been using a Pixio PX248 and it broke after a little less than two years. I’m open to anything 24-27 inches and price range around $200-$350. Resolution can be 1080p or 1440p and preferably 144hz or higher. Got any suggestions?
