Ok , I really have no idea about what happened recently on my monitor.
One day(I forgot the exact date , but it happened just in this week) when I turn on my computer as usual , my monitor become dark , as the video shows.
Link to video: https://youtu.be/3ywErSZQ8-k
I had set the brightness to 100% as the video shows.
No matter restarting cpu or monitor , it still remains the same problem.
I tried unplugging vga cable and power supply cable and plug it again , or even cleaning them .
During the last fews second of the video , i tried restarting my monitor .
If you were careful enough , you can see the monitor flashing at the last few seconds of the video , just in a flash .
During the flash , the brightness of my monitor is my monitor's initial brightness.
But then , it turns dark.
Any solution of it?

If you are using Intel Graphics, new computers have a choice for controlling power. But I highly suggest connecting your monitor to anything else? If your monitor has HDMI, connect it to a game console (PS3, xbox) or DVD/blu-ray.

If you only have VGA/DVI, then bring it into a repair shop or to a friend and test it there. If the picture is still dim, you need repairs.

Hello.
Have you tried your monitor on another computer or laptop? One some very rare instances, the computer can force the monitor to save energy.
Check your energy saving mode on the monitor as well.

If it doesn't work, and all energy saving modes are set to off, your backlight has issues. Send it for replacement, or to a qualified tech.

oh well, first, thanks fir the answer. I only have one cpu at home .So , there is no way i can try my monitor on other device.
Second , I am using a desktop , and I never touch my power option setting before this problem happening.
After checking my power option , my com cannot change my monitor's brightness .

Ok , I will try bringing it to the shop . Anyway , could it be the malfunctioning of vga cable or my cpu itself?

I highly doubt it's your computer. The monitor never goes bright even when you open it up, so it's almost impossible for it to be the cable or cpu.

What you issue looks like is that the backlighting failed, or the circuit that controls it. It needs internal repairs.

Ok, Thanks!!!!!!!
