I was playing one day and my computer froze all of a sudden, so I turned it off and back on, when It turned back on it said "NO DVI SIGNAL" so I just unplugged and replugged the monitor cable and pc cable, it still said the same thing, I checked the cpu socket on my motheboard, none were bent, but when I checked the head of the monitor cable that connects to the gpu one of the pins were bent, can this be the problem for why my monitor isnt turning on? But then, I thought about it and if it were working before, why isnt it working now? Please help! Im only 16 and I dont got much money left if any pc components are broken, my specs are

GTX 1060 XLR8 PNY 3GB

I-7700k CPU

ASUS ROG STRIX B250H MOTHERBOARD

CORSEAIR RBG 2 8GB STICKS OF RAM

850W BRONZE POWERSUPPLY

Please comment if anyone knows how to fix this problem! Thanks!

And my monitor is an Asus 144hrtz 1ms response time 24inch monitor with nvidia 3D vision and you can use hdmi on it!

Solution
The problem isn't with the monitor; it's with the computer. Since you double checked the cable connection to the monitor, and the cable previously worked, the message on the monitor is telling you that it's receiving no signal. So that means it's the computer that's not sending one.

You'll have to do a little detective work to narrow down why. The computer did crash, so presumably whatever made it crash is also what's making it not boot up now.

You can start with turning off the computer and double checking the connections of the video card to its slot and the RAM in their slots. Make sure all the power connectors are securely attached to the motherboard and video card.

If you have parts you can swap, try a different video card. Try...

I have removed my ram and put it back in, although I have not tried to remove my video card and put it back in. Ill try that! Maybe it will work
