I formatted my hard drives & re-installed windows, re-installed the newest NVIDIA drivers, restarted PC.
Went to the NVIDIA control center and I just realized I can't put my refresh rate to 75hz like I used to... why is this? It's locked at 60.
Fixed. Set your perform scaling to "GPU" if you have this issue
