My monitor is fine when I turn on my pc and after I leave it for a moment, this happen and I don't know what causes it. Probably my 2 cats was the culprit because they are playing like crazy near my pc. I unplugged it to pc and plug it to other extension cord but still the problem occurs. Is it still fixable without replacement? If LCD replacement then that would make me buy a new one.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Try replacing the display input cable that runs between the system and the monitor. You might want to also parse the specs to your build as there might be an issue with the drivers or the BIOS for the motherboard.

Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

include BIOS version and the version(not edition) for your OS(if on Windows 10).

Thank you for your response. I cant replace my input cable because I only have one and it is an HDMI to VGA converter. There's no problem when use my tv as display so I assume my monitor is broken. Can my pc damage my monitor?
