Monitor won't recognize computer, help please

I have an old Dell C521 desktop computer. It was working on my old monitor but now I'm trying to get it to work with a new monitor, a Fujitsu B-Line. I opened it up and poked around, don't see anything wrong. The video card is connected to the motherboard, not separate. I also tried installing a dual video card, didn't work either. I don't need two monitors but I thought using another card might work. No luck. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The monitor does work with other computers, I'm running XP on the one that the monitor won't recognize. THanks.
