Question Monitor won't recognize PC

My monitor suddenly doesn't recognize my Pc anymore.. Yesterday it was working fine but no it says no signal. And there is also no sound when connecting the cable but the monitor recognizes that a cable was plugged in because it turns on. I switched it out with a diffrent monitor and it works fine. Connects with a sound and there it is. All working perfectly. Could it be that my cable broke? Please help

Unplug it from the mains, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in

already tried that, i even disconnected all monitor cables and shut the pc down then reboot the pc and connect cable. no signal

it fixed itself after i restarted the monitor xD
