I was having problems with my computer with the monitor and graphics card not really wanting to work with each other at all. My new card doesn't register with the monitor. I've tried, d sub to like a dvi d converter, a dvi, and hdmi. So I figured I should turn off my integrated graphics from the mother board settings because the monitor worked fine when I plugged the d sub in everywhere but the gpu. When I disabled the integrated. Both gpu output and motherboard don't register with the monitor. Resetting my CMOS now but I don't know what to do. I have a gigabyte mother board, just got the gtx 970, Intel I7 4770k overclocked 35 percent, cx 600 battery which shouldn't matter but I'll list all dpecs, corsair vangeance 8 gig.

I've had the same monitor for a while. It's only about a year old but, I had the system working yesterday night before I actually disabled the onboard graphics this morning.

I'd also like to mention that I just went through a reset with the computer a few days ago. My cpu is watercooled so that can't be overheating and messing up, I have a terabyte hard drive so that's surely enough memory. What I'm going to try and do is take out the corsair memory sticks when I get home and leave the cmos battery out for 10 minutes then put the battery back in and turn the computer on, then off and then put the sticks back in. Gonna clean the sticks too.
