Question Monitor won't turn on when connected to GPU, Windows recognize it.

Hello Tom's Hardware,

I have this issue that has been going on for a week now.
I have Nividia Geforce GTX 1070
my monitor won't connect to it (my cable and my monitor works fine when I connect them to the motherboard built in card)
In Device Manager under Display adapter, everything is fine (gpu) and its status working properly
How can i fix this ?

I'm using HDMI cable (the cable it self is working fine i tested it)
my psu rm550x
my motherboard STRIX Z270F GAMING
I5-7600K
memory 2*4gb
my gpu is palit geforce gtx 1070
