Alright right now I'm running an
FX-8350 with an r7 370 4GB edition (MSI GAMING). Lately I've been monitoring the Temps and for some reason the CPU always stays under 30 C even on load and when idle it's in the 10-17 C. I was just wondering is that abnormal or?? Now on the other hand my GPU is about 33 C on idle and about 50-65 on full load. However as I monitored the Temps for the GPU I noticed that after it goes to 65C (max temp I've seen so far) it takes a while for it go back down even after I stop gaming, for instance when I'm programming or on unity 5 (I know unity takes some GPU resources but I'm not doing an intense code and design).

What are you using to monitor temps? I doubt those are accurate. 10c is 50 degrees Fahrenheit so unless you like it really cold in your room that cant be right the cpu will never run at below ambient temp unless you happen to be cooling your pc with liquid nitrogen or something.
