Well, I read out the whole blog I think that methods used while monitoring looks very poor, the report reveals, demonstrating that the facts gathered against file sharers may not stand up in court. To present real legal evidence of file sharing, a monitoring company must make a direct link to a suspected file sharer and log their activity. In many cases, that's just not happening.
