Question Monitors both display no signal randomly

Hello, randomly when playing games both monitors would turn black. I was playing COD, updated my drivers, then it stopped. But it started again on final fantasy. I do not know if this is a PSU issue or not, since it happens randomly. I played hours of COD and it was fine. 5 minutes into FFXIV and both monitors turned black. I could still talk and hear on discord. What should I do?

Are there extension between the PSU cables and the motherboard/GPU?

Unsure on brand/psu model as its a prebuilt i parted out basically, came with the 3080. Ill check tomorrow but for now no pci-e riser cable and yes extension on the gpu cable.
