Here is some context on my setup:

2x MSI G321CU, 32" Gaming Monitor

Custom build computer, this is my 6th build, here are the components:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X - 8-Core 4.5 GHz
MOTHERBOARD: MSI MPG B650I EDGE WIFI
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 7200 (PC5 57600)
GPU: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060 Ti OC Edition 8GB GDDR6
TOWER: Thermaltake Tower 100 Black Edition Tempered Glass Type-C
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650W Smart Zero Fan
SSD: Seagate FireCuda 530 M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.4 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive
CPU COOLER: JONSBO CR-3000ARGB CPU Cooler,120mm Dual-Fan Dual-Tower

Ok, so this problem hasn't happened with previous builds. When the computer goes to sleep, the monitors completely disconnect, in fact, everything disconnects. The Keyboard and Mouse. The only way to get out of sleep is by pushing the power button. The mouse and keyboard don't work while sleeping.

When the computer wakes, everything is moved to my main monitor, all the windows I had open are moved.

I don't think anything is supposed to disconnect when sleeping as this never happened before.

My guess is that the motherboard doesn't have the right drivers installed to keep the GPU and all the other peripherals "on" while sleeping.

Also, I can't access BIOS from the monitors when plugged into the GPU, I have to unplug them, connect them to the motherboard and restart, then I can access BIOS. Also, not an issue I had with my previous build.

It sounds like the PC is hibernating rather than sleeping. See what happens if you pick sleep from the power on/off option on the start menu.

No it's certainly sleeping. I have hibernation completely off and I also just tried what you said. When it goes to sleep, I can no longer use my mouse, or keyboard to wake the computer. I have to hit the power button to wake it from it's sleep. Then all my opened windows are on one side instead of where I had them.

Probably need to go in to BIOS and disable the integrated GPU, or at least make sure the PCIe card is the default/primary. Update it to current first if you haven't already. Also make sure the AMD chipset drivers are installed and double check Windows power plan settings.
