Question Monitors disconnecting and reconnecting when i start a game

Hello, I have been having an issue with my monitors recently. When i open a game or any program using my gpu the monitors starts to blink and make the disconnect and reconnect sound. After about a minute the blinking stop and i have to restart the game to be able to use to propperly. I have found that if i disconnect my secound monitor the blinking stops. If someone have an clue to what is causing this please tell me

PC specs:
GPU: MSI RX 470 Overclocked to:
Core clock: 1410
Memory clock: 1750
Cpu: intel i7 4770k
Ram: 16 gb Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600mhz

And monitors are:
Samsung syncMaster 205bw
Hp compaq LA2405wg

Forgot to mention My monitors are 60 and 75 hz Samsung 75 HP 60
