So I had recently done several things with my computer and somewhere along the line something happened. I had to change my mobo and thought it was broken and had it RMAed. However when I got the mobo back I think somehow I had shorted it out. Ever since then I have been having issues with display and peripherals left and right. I am fairly tech savvy but I am running out of solutions and this computer is for school.
I know when I remove the gpu and cmos battery it fixes the problem but another arises which is when I power the computer down I go back to square one.
the components are a ASUS Z97-A/USB 3.1 mobo, AX760 psu, EVGA GTX 970 FTW gpu, i74790K cpu, two SSDs and a HDD, and some misc other parts.
