Hi there,

Today I've realized when playing videos in fullscreen from Youtube or videos in File Explorer in fullscreen mode, my monitors start to flash erratically on my main monitor.

So I started doing tests. For example, this video would make my screens flash when in fullscreen:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enVSjUPocKk&ab_channel=UTAKOTASAKUGA

However older videos or videos whose content doesn't take the entire screen up, won't flash, for example:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BK1-GHBDY9U&ab_channel=DjJay

As I mentioned, videos in File Explorer directory, that I open with Media Player, when in fullscreen, it flashes. However, using Stremio (A streaming app), I can watch shows in fullscreen just fine no problem.

Another curious occurrence, when the screen flashes, if I move my mouse. tap my keyboard etc. The screen goes back to normal, however only when my mouse is on my main monitor.

I tried to replicate it on my 2nd monitor but it only happened once or twice. It's currently playing the fullscreen videos from YouTube fine.

Running games in fullscreen doesn't make my screen flash, even if I'm AFK. Watching game trailers using the Steam App in fullscreen doesn't make my screen flash.

You'll see a youtube video in fullscreen making my screen flash, a video using the Media Player making my screen flash once the interface disappears. However, a streaming app with a fullscreen video is fine.

My pc specs:
Windows 11 Home 64-bit
System Model: B550 Pro4
BIOS: P2.20
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Main Monitor:

1920 x 1080(p) (143.855Hz)

Secondary Monitor:

You could try and update the BIOS to the latest version;
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B550 Pro4/#BIOS
if you do decide to flash to the latest version, be sure to clear the CMOS after verifying you've successfully flashed to the latest version.

You have a monitor that supports FreeSync, while you're on an Nvidia GPU, see if G-Sync is enabled, if so, disable it and see if that changes anything.

Main Monitor:
DPI
VG240Y S
1920 x 1080(p) (143.855Hz)

Try and set this to 120Hz and see if that changes anything, also try 165Hz.

Secondary Monitor:
HDMI
V206HQL
1366 x 768(p) (59.790Hz)

Shouldn't this be at 1600x900?

What version of Nvidia's control panel/driver are you on?
