Question Monitors shutting off when putting load on GPU

Hi,
I was playing some Dark Souls 3 a few days ago when my monitors just went dark. I could hear the game running in the background and my pc was still running, but nothing I did could get the graphics card to show anything. After I restarted everything worked again, but now every time I put a little load on the GPU the problem occurs again. I've checked the temperatures and the voltages of the GPU, but everything seemed fine. The GPU had coil whine (I'm sorry if that's the wrong term) from the beginning, other than that there were never any problems.
I've checked the values of my GPU while staring a game, voltage stayed stable, whenever the Watts of the 8 Pin were going above like 30W the screen went black and the GPU stopped displaying.

Edit:
I've already tried using the GPU in another system. I swapped out the GPU of the other system with mine. Same thing happened there. Also the backup GPU worked fine on my system.
My system:
Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Nvidia RTX 2060 Super
2x8GB DDR4 CL16 3733MHz
Kolink Enclave 500W 80 Gold Plus
Gigabyte B550 gaming X V2
500GB m.2
1TB external SSD
1TB HDDS
