Hello guys,
I have a problem with my gpy i think. Randomly or when i impact the desk but most of the time randomly, my monitors loose signal ( pc works still, i can still hear sounds ) and when i try to reset pc, GPU fans goes max spin and then pc restarts. After restart i am asked to load and optimized profile for the motherboard. What should be the source of the problem?

Components:
GPU:
Gigabyte RTX 3080
MB: Z790 GAMING X AX
RAM: 32gb - dd5 - 6000mhz
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (32 CPUs), ~3.0GHz

Updates i did to pc:

MB profile from optimized to spenc enchanced
XMP Profile 1 to 6000mhz
CPU Core ratio reduced to 53x from 55 using intel extrreme tuning utility

BIOS up to date?

next time the GPU blacks out, try hotkey Win+Strg+Umschalt+B to reinitialize the GPU driver.

have a look at the event viewer of windows, if some exclamation marks can be found

PSU?

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

Something is loose. Not secured properly.
Double check all connections - video cable, graphics card, 12vHPWR connector (PCIE power connector on graphics card).

You may want to try reducing ram frequency to 5800mhz or 5600mhz.

From my PSU is connected a 8pin cable the goes into the GPU and at the other end is splited to a 2 x 8pin connectors that goes into GPU. My question is i need to come from the PSU with 2 separate 8 pin cables or just 1 x 8pin splited is enaught? maybe gpu dont get enaught power
