Monitors with same brand same colors ?

Sorry but i don't know if this was asked on this forum... And i want to know the awsner.

I have an AOC 144hz monitor, doesn't have GSYNC and i want to buy a second monitor from the same brand but not the same model a 75hz freesync one, both are TN, same size and resolution.

Can I get the same colors from my 144hz and the one i'm gonna buy(AOC 75Hz) ?

You may consider color calibration software/hardware if color matching is important. BTW No two monitors are exactly the same when producing color, even the same model, all depends on how close of a match you want.
