Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

Are the keyboard and mouse drivers up-to-date?

Any error codes being captured by Reliability History/Monitor or Event Viewer?

What specific keys do not work?

Language(s) being used on the system?

Try swapping in other known working (no problems or issues) keyboards and mice.

Here is the requested information:

PC:
CPU: Intel i7-10700KF
GPU: RTX 3070
RAM: 32 GB DDR4
Motherboard: MSI Z490
OS: Up-to-date Windows 11 Pro

PSU: Corsair RM750x, 750W, bought new in 2020, still in very good condition.

Drives:
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD (approx. 50% full)
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD (20% full)

Connected peripherals:
MX keys mini keyboard and Logitech MX Anywhere 2S mouse, both Bluetooth-enabled on the android box (freebox pop in France) to navigate via moonlight, which is where I have my key/button problem.
steelseries keyboard ducky one 2 and bazilisk v3 but that's not the problem because they're connected directly to the computer and that's not what I use for Moonlight streaming

Drivers: Everything is up to date on my computer, and there's no problem updating the keyboard and mouse because they're connected to my android box.

System language: Windows is configured in French (France) with an AZERTY keyboard.

I'll try with the computer keyboard and mouse connected to the android box later.

to be precise, the problem is when I'm on my android box with the keyboard and mouse connected to the box while I'm on moonlight, which streams my windows 11 computer.

I have no problem with peripherals connected directly to my computer.
