Moonlight streaming with RPI not working

Ive been getting into Raspberry Pi's a lot recently. I wanted to stream games from my pc to one of my rpi 3's. But whenever it tries to pair with a code, no popup ever shows up on my pc. The same thing happend with moonlight on android. I also don't see the option for streaming like "allow devices on my network" and other buttons. How can I fix this or is there a different way to stream games

I would like to stream games like rocket league and overwatch. And the only way I know is though geforce experience
