[SOLVED] More fps in Windowed than Fullscreen?!!

So I just got Valorant beta key, downloaded and started playing, I didn't seem so smooth and I thought the game was that way. I have 144Hz Monitor so I am used to that Refresh Rate, and my PC is pretty good and I can run all games I play at 144+ fps. So I displayed my in game fps, and it was 60-64 fps, not a single more. I switched to Windowed Fullscreen and got 300+, I had similar problem with League of Legends, where one day I started getting max 120fps in Fullscreen, but 144+ in Windowed Fullscreen. I just want to know why is that.

Oh well, that did help. I disabled in Task Manager, I think you thought that way too.

Fullscreen optimisation can cause problems for some games. It's a borderless fullscreen feature Win10 has. When i download a game from Steam, turning this off for the game's exe is the first thing i do before launching.
