More upload speed then download speed

Hi guys.....I am having having a problem im getting 170 kbps download speed on my router configuration web page actual download speed is 170/8 and my upload speed is 504 kbps again 507/8 actual upload speed i connected my router to my old pc of hcl ,it gave more download speed than upload speed and it was fine but when i used the same router on my assembled new pc it gave the same less down but more up speed . My router D-link adsl+2router.one more thing i tried my router on my old and new pc with same modem configuration from web page.

Reset the router, see if that helps. Did you check with your ISP? Your service provider is the best placet to check on this.

I have reset my router many times .....and there was some sort of noise in my line i talked about to my isp that is bsnl and they fixed it but still my up speed is 5 times my download speed . well thanx for your suggestion and keep suggesting me your reply was the first reply to me on this site.

Well The problem is solved as you people suggested i just reset my router first from reset button restored to my old settings and then i got little bit more download speed than my upload speed then i restarted remember restarted my router not reset then i got more speed and more by restarting again and again and ultimately i got twice the download speed of my upload speed ...................
