More Windows 10 memory problem

My laptop uses like 4.6Gb of with nothing running and it's weird to me. (4Gb now after I turned off GeForce 940M)
The thing is, when I restart and open Task Manager right away, it's at 1.2Gb then it jumped to 4Gb like 40 secs after the boot.

I've googled around and found various solutions such as turning off notifications which were unfortunately already off since the windows tips were bugging me and I closed them all before.

Another website suggested using poolmon.exe to find memory leak but the highest I found find after sorting the non-paged items by byte was 35,635,200 which is far from being a leak.

Another person suggested to disable Cortana completely by renaming but I had already done that.

Someone in this forum suggested to update drivers and those that are mostly causing a problem are the video, sound and network drivers. I updated rather recently so I just tried disabling them but nothing changed.

Any other ideas?

Edit:
I forgot to say there was nothing suspicious in Task Manager neither.

Also, I disabled all startup items in Task Manager and the jump in memory used still happens

Laptop Model is Lenovo Yoga 700, it's on SSD

When the recommended specs for Windows 10 is 2Gb of memory (for x64) and I'm at 4gb usage at near factory settings (I only installed daemon and norton), something's wrong.

I tend to leave a flash game in the background that I check every once in a while and play a pc game and there is barely any free memory left. If it can be fixed, I want it fixed.

The minimum recommendation is 2GB of RAM.

4GB is recommended for most people.

8GB+ for gaming.

The more RAM you install the more RAM Windows is going to try and utilize at any given moment.

*edit* by the way, Windows 10 has the ability to read and open .iso files now. no need to use daemon tools, unless you personally prefer it.

oh god, you're kidding me, 4.6gb usage at near factory setting is normal for windows 10 with nothing running? Why does it even use more RAM if I have more installed if it doesn't do anything...
My flash game gets it to 5.6gb and the normal game makes it near 8gb... What is this crappy thing.

My desktop is like 1-2gb for Windows 7 Ultimate IIRC (haven't been using it for a while)...

I'll leave the topic on for a few more days to see if someone else has an answer.
I still find that sudden jump from 1.2gb to 4.0gb to be unnatural.

Edit:
Tried Safe mode with network for 5 mins and it never went beyond 0.6gb.
I find it hard to believe 4.6gb is default

Tried disabling drivers one by one to find the culprit and nothing so far, there is a bunch I haven' tried (System Devices, the amount of stuff in this gave me a headache and I decided to continute on later...) but the others didn't do anything wrong.

Btw, for memory usage on idle.

Acoording to this, "normal" windows 10 should be in the 1.5gb to 2.0gb

Something is probably wrong with my pc, I'll try to post on the lenovo forum too to see if they'll do something about this -_-

Alright.

My laptop is now 1.4gb of memory usage on idle.

The culprit is FastBootService. Lenovo probably locked some memory to boot faster but that memory remained locked even after the boot causing lots of trouble...

For those that want to try my solution:

1) Press Windows Key + R
2) Run msconfig
3) Go to Services, disable FastBootServices

Should have thought of doing a clean boot faster to locate the culprit...
