better off going with the newer intel cpu and mb for gaming or wait for the newer zen cpu latter on this year.
 
The person I'm building this for will only be doing normal desktop work and light graphics. At most play a game like CSGO or LoL. Im planning on buying a very cheap stick of 4gb DDR3 and take advantage of that free stick on newegg. I think this'll be a very good desktop PC with a fast SSD to speed things up
