Most effective component to upgrade?

Hello people. FYI: I know very little about PC components, other than what they do and how to replace them.

I have a 2-year-old Cybertron Borq-Q gaming PC. A link to its full specs can be found here: http://www.cybertronpc.com/customkititems~kc~gm4213a~group~home~cat~gamers.htm

Other than the operating system (Windows 7), my PC is stock. My question is: Which component upgrades, if any, would cause a clear increase in games performance? I think I heard somewhere that the graphics card is the worst component on this model. True?

Ideally, I would like to be able to run games like Overwatch. Would this be viable in its current state? If not, what upgrades would you suggest?

I would appreciate recommendations for specific components. I'm not necessarily looking to go all out. But if something is holding everything else back, I'd like to take care of it.

Would anything a little cheaper work? Or is that the minimum you would recommend?

The system he has mentioned is showing NVIDIA GeForce GT610 which is enough to support games like Overwatch. But if you go for something higher than this like The Witcher 3 or COD: Advance Warfare, you'll be needing a lot of improvements. For your currently mentioned requirements, this is fine.
Further, I'd suggest to add a gaming mouse like Logitec G402 because FPS games are smoother with gaming mouse

So I'm good then? I would still consider upgrading if it reduced the possibility of lag and such.

Out of curiosity, what would I be looking at replacing if I wanted to run a higher-performance FPS?

Coincidentally I was actually about to ask about gaming mice, so thanks for that. I was already considering either the G402 or G300.
