Question Most game have stutters and little spikes on frametime graph on good pc.

i've tried everything:

clean install windows 11
latest update gpu driver
update bios
limiting framerate
remove overclock...........

I recorded clips of some games that have this problem.

Note: I have another device with lower specifications that does not have this problem.

Have you tried pausing windows updates to see if the stutters disappear?

Every time it happens. Yes i closed it

Look to frametime graph small stutters but it's actually annoying

Yes, it is very clear in most games.

The only other thing I can think of is reducing texture quality.

Even if I put it on low the stuttering continues.
