Question Most games have stutters and little spikes on frametime graph on a good PC ?

i've tried everything:

• clean install Windows 11
• latest update gpu driver
• update bios
• limiting framerate
• remove overclock

I recorded clips of some games that have this problem.

Note: I have another device with lower specifications that does not have this problem.

Every time it happens. Yes i closed it

Look to frametime graph small stutters but it's actually annoying

Yes, it is very clear in most games.

The only other thing I can think of is reducing texture quality.

Even if I put it on low the stuttering continues.

At first glance they do seem a bit high, let me check rdr2 on my ssd and I will let you know.

Edit: my response times (while moving in game but not in a town) where less than 2ms.
