No way to tell because there is no way to separate CPU-bound restrictions from any potential equation. All you will get here are subjective opinions that mostly boil down to what everyone's favorite pretty game is.

Witcher 2 sounds about right, with Ubersampling on. Arma 2 as well, honestly. Another one would be Metro 2033, but I think it's not as bad.

The most OVERALL demanding game in that benchmark was Arma 2, with Witcher 2 coming in second. But assuming that the OP meant literally his title since he emphasized it in the post, no way to tell which engine has been implemented in the most demanding way purely graphically.

If OP just meant which game can push a system to the lowest fps, it's Arma 2.
