Most Powerful 7 inch GPU

Please give me some advices of the fastest gpu that is 7 inch or shorter.I am willing to build a htpc with the fractal design node 605.there is no budget for this build I just want the most power out of my pc

EVGA GTX 750 ti is probably the best at 6.7".
