I'm looking for the most quiet fans possible that also have good airflow. I would appreciate if the fans are either full black, or black and white. Please don't recommend me corsair SP/AF fans because I've went through many of them and they make alot of noise. Thank you!

Solution
For 140mm go.with Phanteks, Noctua or BeQuiet.
Phanteks however arent too good when mounted horizontally, bequiet are inaudible but don't.pus as much air.

For 120mm go.with Noctua, BeQuiet or Noiseblocker.

Generally BeQuiet silent wings push enough air with a quality case as yours and are rated for 16dba at max.speed (Noctua & Phanteks are 19dba, Corsairs are 23)

I have 3 AF 140 Quiet edition fans , 2 for in take, 1 for exhaust connected to a fan hub and set to 800 rpm, still make noise

Noctua 120 and 140 PWM fans are pretty quiet. Got 5 of them in my Fractal design Nano S. Computer is sitting right next to me on the table. Can't hear them at all. The only thing I can hear is my waterpump, and that is only running at around 2000rpm.

Which case do you use? With the right one it should be really silent when using Corsair AF ones tbh.

I have the corsair air 540

The only fans that do the job without to much noise are noctua.
If you really want the black, get the industrial PPC version and run them at lower RMP. I found that up to 1200RPM, 120mm NF-P12/NF-F12 are inaudible.
Obviously, the 140mm versions will push more air.
