Mother Board & Case!?! Will it fit? Help please!

Hello! i bought a case and motherboard, however i never know they might not be compatible. i dont wanna bring it to the store, have them charge me, then find out it wont even fit. could you guys tell me if this would fit? id like to know soon so that i can get a new case >.<

Shouldn't be a problem, the case will take an ATX mobo, which the P5K is
