Mother board comparison

I have bought all of my parts except my motherboard. I waited because I noticed the first motherboard I chose didn't have hdmi port. So I looked around and found these two motherboards 1. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-h81i

My build is an Intel i5 4440, an xfx r9 270, 8gbs of RAM.
Which motherboard will be better or is there a better motherboard for less than $70. Thank you

You are not supposed to use the hdmi port on Your motherboard because thats for built in Graphics in Your cpu you should plug it into Your gpu

If you are using a Graphics Card then it does not matter what the integrated graphics on the board has because you will not be using it. You will be using the connectors on your graphics card. If your Graphics Card does not have and HDMI connector then you will either need to upgrade your graphics card or just get a DVI to HDMI convertor...
