mother board not receiving power

Yesterday my pc is showing blue screen dump error i fixed it after a few hour i restarted my pc from that time my motherboard in not catching power even i checked my power supply also its working i unplugged all my connection and fix all my wire then also nothing happen

Maybe motherboard got short circuited
