Motherboard 3 long beeps after PC restart

Hello,
Sometimes when I restart the PC I get 3 long beeps and it does not post then if I force shutdown the PC and power it up again everything is fine.
I looked in the MOBO manual, there are 4 leds indicating what is wrong and the third led stays on(Not 100% sure), the one that indicates GPU not detected or fail but I think that 3 beeps are for memory issue.
PC parts:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 not OCed
RAM: GOODRAM IRDM X DDR4 3200mhz, XMP to 3200 from bios.
MB: Msi B450 Tomahawk
GPU: Radeon HD6770

Just got it again, I was wrong it was the second led which indicates DRAM is not detected or fail

Yes, buy compatible ram on the motherboard's QVL
