Question Motherboard and memory

I have these two motherboards:

1. GIGABYTE X299 AORUS Gaming 7 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071S9M6KP
2. ASUS ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZK7JTLL

Are they compatible with this Transcend RAM? https://24h.pchome.com.tw/prod/DGBN52-A900ASZH3

It's 32GB RAM. So it's very big.

What processor are you going to pair with either of those boards? Yes the rams will work but please keep in mind to buy 4 sticks to balance out the system/channels. After your first POST/boot, get into BIOS and take note of your BIOS version. Cross reference motherboard maker's supports site and if said motherboards are pending any BIOS updates. Gradually work your way to the latest, as opposed to jumping to the latest version.
