i think so but I would like to be sure that they are compatible.

Yes, they are. Don't worry, usually GPUs and motherboards aren't the ones to be incompatible. Its usually the CPU and Motherboard.

ram: 2x4 Gb DDR3 1333 MHz

Yeah, don't worry about it. Really, as long as the CPU and motherboard are compatible then most of the time its fine. Unless you have a really old board, but you don't.
