Question Motherboard beeps but can't finish POST ?

I have a fairly old motherboard (Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H), it used to have some starting problems recently where I would need to turn it on/off or shut down the PSU to get it to finish POST, but now it doesn't work any more.

It starts up, beeps once as usual, then stays on the UEFI screen. After a bit it beeps once again, and after the third beep the screen goes black (but everything is still running inside the PC).

Any idea on how to start it up, at least once?

Hello i come across a very mystery problem here, When i plug in my Samagung G3 in DP port my computer beeps and screen is black but bo0ts up ater a lillte bit, i tryed change cable with a new one same beep erros but when i then plug it into the HDMI screen runs good for over 1 week no beeps, but then it starts angain, can some one help me out here??. i testet the CPU i testet the GPU i testet Memoery and no isuues found at all, i even tryed changeing powersupply i replaced Motherboards but still same problem and memory as well even a new CPU and new Graphigcard as well. But still same problem. im gettin 1 beep and than 4 short
