i have intel 945 gcnl original motherboard please tell me the software trough i can unlock my bios to overclock my cpu

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Doesn't exit, because your BIOS never is locked. Now, you don't have the option to OC 'cause your PROCESSOR have a locked multiplier.
